Why is my unit number not on the dropdown?​

This means that you have reached your limit of permits allowed and cannot register another vehicle.

How can I purchase a permit for my vehicle?​

Navigate to "Buy A Permit" on the Menu > Select Permit for your property > Enter all vehicle information > Continue > Enter payment details > Purchase Permit. 

You can navigate to "Manage Active Permits" under member menu to manage/view your permits.

Can I setup auto-renewal?

Yes, when purchasing a permit you will automatically enroll in automatic payments until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

What if I have a rental/temporary vehicle?

Please navigate to "Manage Active Permits" and update your vehicle information to the information of your rental. Please update it back when done!

What if I don't have active permit?

Your vehicle is not allowed on the property and is subject to a warning. vehicle immobilization, and/or vehicle removal at owner's expense.

What if I have to update my license plate information? 

Please navigate to "Manage Active Permits" and update your vehicle information.
